Modern Wall Mounted Bookshelf With Square Design For Living Room

Most walls are just there, holding up the paint. This square-pattern wall mounted bookshelf gives yours a job: books by the sofa, a trailing plant above the desk, a small stack of favorite things within arm's reach. It is a bookshelf built from interlocking squares that hangs on the wall instead of taking up floor.

How it is built

Solid wood blocks are joined together to form a modular grid of squares. Because of the layered layout, each opening can hold something different, from paperbacks to decorative objects or small indoor plants. The floating installation keeps the room feeling open.

Wood and finish

The finish is light-handed, meant to bring out the warmth and tactile feel of the wood and keep its raw, rustic look. For safe transport the shelf travels in separate parts, so assembly is needed once it arrives.

Where it fits

Hang it as an accent wall in a living room, over a home office desk, in an entryway, or in a studio apartment or loft.

• Interlocking square design in solid wood blocks
• Wall-mounted for a floating look
• Space for books, décor and small plants
• Ships in parts; assembly required

Because the wood is natural, grain and tone will differ from one shelf to the next, and no two look identical. Every piece is made to order.
