Contemporary Sculptural Bench With Carved Design For Living Room

Solid wood, cut deep. The Contemporary Sculptural Bench With Carved Design shows its material in the weight of its form and the deep openings carved through it.

Form

Carved cutouts give the bench an architectural presence, and the flowing profile highlights the texture of the wood. It can serve as seating, a display platform or a statement accent, with a balanced shape that suits entryways, bedrooms, lounges and studios.

Construction

The bench is made of solid wood blocks joined together, and its gentle finish brings out the natural warmth of the grain along with a raw, rustic feel. For safe transport it ships in separate parts and requires assembly.

Using It

Sit on it at the foot of a bed or by the door, or use the top as a place to display books and objects. Because the carved cutouts are part of the structure, the bench looks interesting from the front and the sides.
