Modern Bookshelf With Sculptural Curves For Living Room Interior

Elongated oval openings, one after another, as if carved from a single piece. The Modern Bookshelf With Sculptural Curves has a low, horizontal stance, and it holds books and ceramics in layers. It is built to sit against a feature wall or in an open-plan room, where its rhythm of curves can be seen.

Form

Rounded compartments create a steady rhythm, and light travels across curved surfaces. The multi-tiered layout invites layered styling, and the low profile lets it double as a console-style display. Books, ceramics and decorative objects all find a place, and the seamless transitions keep the whole unit calm.

Materials and finish

The shelf is made of solid wood blocks joined together. It ships separated into parts and requires assembly on arrival. A gentle finish keeps the wood's warmth, texture and raw, rustic appeal.

Placement

Living rooms, hallways, home offices, studios and open-concept spaces. Use it along a hallway wall or in a creative studio, too.

• Oval openings in a flowing structure
• Multi-tiered shelving

Natural wood varies in grain, texture and color. Each shelf is made to order, so no two are exactly the same.
